Our first planned product is Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate, using Albion® TRAACS® ingredients from Balchem. Our focus is carefully selected raw materials and a considered formulation.

The approved bottle count is 180 capsules. The current formulation plan targets approximately 200 mg of elemental magnesium per serving of 3 vegan capsules, equivalent to approximately 60 servings per bottle. Formula details remain subject to final formula and label approval.

Our formulation requirement is fully chelated, non-buffered magnesium bisglycinate using Albion® TRAACS® ingredients, with no magnesium oxide. Final ingredient and excipient details will be published with the approved product label.

Our selected manufacturing partner is S.K. Labs in the United States. The product remains in development; selection of a manufacturing partner does not mean production has been completed.

Verified quality and testing documents will be added as they become available. We are not publishing finished-product COAs, heavy-metal reports or third-party certifications at this stage. A laboratory report or batch COA is different from a certification.

Vegan capsules are part of the current product plan. We will publish the final ingredient list and confirmed product information after label approval. No third-party vegan certification is claimed.

The final launch price and approved directions for use will be published before sales open. The planned 3-capsule serving size describes the formulation specification; it is not personal dosage advice. We cannot recommend a personal regimen through this FAQ.

Packaging images are design concepts until final packaging approval. Some earlier mockups may show different quantities or claims. The approved bottle count is 180 capsules; the final label will provide the confirmed specifications.

We plan retail delivery to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. International delivery is not offered under our current policy. Eligibility for U.S. territories, military addresses and P.O. boxes has not yet been confirmed.

Our intended retail policy for the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. is $10 standard delivery for orders under $55, and free standard delivery for qualifying orders of $55 or more. Shipping services and timing will be confirmed before checkout opens.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged separately based on the delivery address and package weight, with the charge shown before payment. The $55 free-shipping offer does not apply. These rates are being prepared before launch.

Once shipping begins, shipment information and available tracking details will be provided for your order. Carriers, dispatch schedules and delivery estimates have not yet been confirmed.

Our intended ordinary-return policy allows a return request within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused bottles with the original safety seal intact and packaging in its original condition. Photos of all sides of the bottle, lid, seal and packaging are required for review. Contact us for authorization and the correct return address before mailing anything.

The customer pays return shipping for an ordinary return. ALTIOMA covers necessary return shipping for confirmed fulfillment errors or items damaged in delivery. Please keep the product and packaging while we review the issue.

Contact info@altioma.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item, bottle, seal, shipping label and outer packaging. Do not use a product with a compromised safety seal. The unopened-condition rule for ordinary returns does not prevent reporting damage present on arrival.

Open My Account and use the registration form. Registration includes a six-digit code sent to your email address to confirm that you have access to it.

Check Spam, Junk and other filtered folders, and confirm that the email address is correct. Use the resend option if it is available. If you still cannot receive the code, contact our team. Never share a verification code with another person.

Select “Lost your password?” on the account login screen and follow the instructions in the recovery email. If the email is missing, check your filtered folders before contacting us.

After purchases become available, orders placed using your account will appear in its Orders section. There are currently no products available to purchase. If an order or invoice is missing later, contact us with the order number.

Use our Contact page or email info@altioma.com. Include the information relevant to your question, but do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.

Submit the business application on our Wholesale page. The form requests business and contact details, sales channels, shipping information, trade references and supporting documents for review.

Prepare the EIN documentation and resale certificate requested by the application. Resale-document formats vary between states. Submit accurate information and legible files; our team may request clarification or further documentation.

The application supports details about physical stores, your own website and marketplace selling. Amazon sellers can provide their storefront link and relevant seller identifier. Applying does not grant approval or permission to sell through any particular channel.

No. Applications are reviewed first. The private wholesale section is intended for approved partners after they sign in. Product availability, wholesale pricing, minimums and commercial terms require separate confirmation; the retail free-shipping offer does not establish wholesale shipping terms.

Wholesale account approval and public authorized-retailer listing are separate decisions. Approval does not automatically publish your business on the Authorized Retailers page.
