ALTIOMA NUTRITION™ is a brand of ABSTERGO -PAC LLC, a Florida company. In these terms, “ALTIOMA,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to ABSTERGO -PAC LLC operating the ALTIOMA website at altioma.com.
These terms describe the conditions for using our website, accounts and business-application services. The sections about retail orders describe the framework for future purchases when sales open. Any purchase-specific terms will be made available before checkout.
Please read these terms before using the services. Creating an account or making a purchase may require an express acceptance of the applicable terms. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Our first product is in development. Products are not currently available for purchase and no launch date is confirmed. Product concepts, packaging images and development information are not offers to sell or promises of availability.
Final formulas, approved labels, prices, shipping services and purchase conditions will be published before sales open. Earlier mockups may contain specifications that differ from the final product.
Use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or applying for an account or partnership. Do not impersonate another person or business, submit fraudulent documents, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website security or operation.

An automated order-receipt message confirms receipt of the request; it does not guarantee stock availability. Order status and fulfillment updates will be communicated separately. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and refund payments for canceled, unfulfilled items as required by law.
If a material price or product-description error is discovered after submission, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation. We will not increase an order total without your agreement.
Payment processing is handled through the payment services offered at checkout. Never send payment-card numbers or security codes through our contact forms. Any optional recurring-purchase program would require its own clearly disclosed terms and consent before enrollment.
Our Shipping & Returns page describes the intended retail delivery policy. Shipping rates and supported destinations must be confirmed at checkout before payment. The retail free-shipping offer does not apply automatically to wholesale orders.
When orders become available, we will provide a stated shipment timeframe or otherwise meet the applicable shipment requirements. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund options, and obtain consent to a delay where required.
Review your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation; changes may no longer be operationally possible once fulfillment has begun. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right required by law.
Our intended ordinary-return policy allows a return request within 30 days of delivery for an unopened, unused bottle with its original safety seal intact and packaging in its original condition. Photographs of all sides of the bottle, lid, seal and packaging are requested for review.
Contact us for return authorization and the correct return address before mailing anything. Ordinary return shipping is paid by the customer. ALTIOMA covers necessary return shipping for confirmed fulfillment errors or items damaged in delivery.
Damage present on arrival is reviewed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Keep the item and packaging, send photographs and do not use a product with a compromised safety seal.

Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval, product availability, a particular price or permission to sell through a particular channel. Provide accurate business details and only documents you are authorized to share.
Wholesale access is intended for approved partners. Pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping, payment arrangements, distribution rights and other commercial terms require separate confirmation. Where a signed business agreement applies, it governs the matters it specifically addresses.
Approval of a wholesale account does not automatically create a public authorized-retailer listing or grant exclusive distribution rights. Retailer listings are confirmed separately. Visit Wholesale to apply or Authorized Retailers to check published seller information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Account, verification, application and order communications may be sent to support the service you request.
Submitting a contact or wholesale form does not by itself subscribe you to promotional email. Any marketing subscription will use the applicable consent and unsubscribe arrangements. Cookie preferences can be managed through the website’s cookie controls where available.
